With 22 years of teaching experience, Richard Mills is our highly skilled and dedicated Training Manager. His extensive background in sailing, keelboating and powerboating instruction and race coaching, combined with exceptional management and mentorship abilities, makes him an invaluable asset to our club. Richard has a proven history of organising and leading successful training programs, mentoring both students and staff to achieve their full potential. His structured and supportive approach ensures that every sailor, from beginners to advanced racers, benefits from expert guidance and a well-rounded learning experience. Under Richard’s leadership, students and instructors gain the skills, confidence, and passion to thrive on the water.

Voluntary Instructors
